The New York Wine & Culinary Center offers hands-on classes with great new winter recipes. Take a class, watch a demonstration or just enjoy a meal at The Taste of New York Restaurant upstairs.

For centuries, the fertile soil and gentle climate of the Finger Lakes have provided farmers and grape growers with near-perfect growing conditions. The delicious bounty this region produces is second to none! There's nothing like fresh-from-the-farm, local produce; and what's really great is you can find it here at our farmer's markets, at roadside stands, and local is even available at the neighborhood Wegmans.
